For more than 30 years, Amigos del Niño con Cáncer Foundation has been an efficient non-profit organization, that adds efforts and resources towards improving the quality of life of children with cancer and their families, during treatment.

Nowadays, they have attended more than 6000 kids with cancer from 0 up to 18 years old that come to this organization referred by hospitals as: J.M. de los Ríos, Oncologic Luis Razetti, Universitario de Caracas, Magallanes de Catia, Pediátrico Elías Toro, Domingo Luciani, Pérez Carreño, Central de Valencia, Central de Maracay, San Juan de Los Morros, and others.

They have developed several programs that encourage the sponsorship, promotion, care, education, and research of oncological diseases, and stimulate the welfare of children with cancer and their families inside and outside the hospital environment. Most funds come from private companies, public entities, and individuals; and are destined to cover the areas of: patient care, staff training, scientific events, hospital equipment,construction of a hostel called “Mi Casita”, among others.
