More than 12,000 children who have been victims of sexual abuse, negligence and abandonment in Venezuela, have received a home thanks to FUNDANA. Nevertheless, as there are so many children in need in Venezuela, FUNDANA have to keep growing to take care of them.

This non-profit organization has more than 20 years providing a home shelter to children from newborn babies to up to six years of age, through their warm dedicated homes of “Los Chiquiticos." "Los Chiquiticos" is a family model villa concept where more than 120 children live in 10 houses under the care, attention and instruction of significant adults. These children receive not only a home but also educational, psychological, pediatrician and recreational care.

In addition, FUNDANA developed other programs such as a shelter for women victims of gender violence, a foster family program and a center for outpatient counseling for families at risk.

Thanks to the significant collaboration of various private companies and government agencies that have provided financial support, it has been possible to continue operating their shelter home
