ESCUELAS ARQUIDIOCESANAS

The Escuelas Arquidiocesanas are entirely free schools with evangelization character, inserted in determined communities to help them to appreciate human values, respect for the person, and they work without distinction of any kind, contributing with the development of Venezuela, specifically of the state of Zulia.

Education is the concrete answer for the problems of our country. The articulation between school, family and society, is the basis for development of model citizens, aware of their rights and duties.

Monsignor Domingo Roa Perez founded Archdiocesan schools of Maracaibo in in order to attend those poor communities where the state does not reach. Archdiocesan schools are educational organizations where the social and community work are tools to preach beliefs and values, especially human values implicit in the Christian Religion, individually and in the society.

They faithfully believe, as the Holy Consecration for Catholic Education says, that the school is a truly a privileged place for integral development through a vivid encounter with the cultural heritage
